Sharp debuts 3D laptop

An article from Extreme Tech announces Sharp's new RD3D notebook that has a 3D display.

According to the press release on Sharp3D.com, the system uses a parallax barrier to direct different images to the left and right eyes (eliminating the need for glasses or other devices usually used to separate the images).

The screen has 2D and 3D modes that can be switched by a switch on the system, allowing the computer to be used for normal 2D operations as well.

It's a bit pricey, but definitely cute.
