Well, I like NetFlix, but I have to say that their lawsuit announced this morning against BlockBuster is beyond ridiculous. They are going after the classic business idea patent--I say classic sarcastically, if you can't tell. There seems to also be a method patent for the queue management system that isn't quite a heinous, but be that as it may, we're getting to the point where I'm really happy people were selling things on the internet before a couple of years ago, or else all ecommerce would be falling under a patent entitled "Selling stuff via the Internet with a Credit Card".
