According to a report from MSNBC, the FCC has responded to a Freedom of Information Act Request for cellular outage reports by denying access to those reports and claiming terrorism is the reason. Yep, looks like the FCC and software vendors have something in common in that they both thing that not telling you that something is wrong is the best way to fix it.
