Well, you know the "nannycam", which is aimed at stopping abuse of children by babysitters through having their actions watched via video (and sometimes even the net). What's good for the young is apparently good for the old, or so think some lawmakers in Arkansas. According to reports from the AP, courtesy of the Journal Register of Philadelphia, lawmakers are trying (for the third time) to push through a requirement that nursing homes in Arkansas facilitate the installation of cameras (at the discretion of the family members) in the rooms of nursing home patients.
