Apple 10.2.8 update released -- fixes ssh problem

Almost a week after the vulnerability was found, Apple Computer has now updated Mac OS X to fix the SSH problem on both client and server operating systems.

The update is part of 10.2.8, a periodic maintenance update which, according to the tech note, includes a number of Bluetooth fixes, enhancements to USB 2.0 support, updates to Safari, and a variety of box fixes.

This sounds like a good candidate for upgrading. Oddly enough, 10.2.7 (which is shipped with G5's) will not auto-update to 10.2.8 and according to the release notes will not work on G5's.
