Wow.... As I was submitting story number 999, I realized that I'd cranked out 1000 of these since January of this year, when I decided to start this little site.

My guess is that there have been fewer articles read than written, but that's quite alright, as I'm not looking for a large readership, just a place to bring up things I think are interesting and to state my views.

The internet provides us with a unique opportunity to have our say and exercise freedom of speech to a potentially huge community. However, it also provides a reminder that the rest of the world has the freedom to read what they find interesting, and ignore what they don't.
